Information we collect
Information you send us by email, such as your name, contact details, headshots, résumés, reels, voice samples and union status.
Basic technical information collected automatically by our website host, such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
To assess representation submissions, represent performers to casting professionals, and reply to enquiries. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Represented performers' materials are shared with casting directors, producers and production companies for casting purposes only, with the performer's consent.
Retention
Unsuccessful submissions are deleted within a reasonable period [MOCKUP — retention period to be confirmed by the agency]. Performer files are kept for the length of representation and as required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing wctalentmanagement@gmail.com.
